| Fee Basis for Professional Services The Susquehanna Group LLC requires a signed consultant contract with all clients. Our Insurance Carrier will not permit us to engage in providing any services without a signed contract on file. We have two basic methods of billing our clients for all professional services rendered. The first is by a Project or Job. Under this schedule, we carefully determine and agree on the work to be accomplished, establish a time-line for completion of the project and issue a "Not To Exceed" Cost Estimate. With this method the client always knows what fees or expenses will be incurred for consulting services from inception to job completion. Of course, should the scope of the project change, a new contract may be required. The Second method of billing for our clients is by Retainer. Under our Retainer method we meet with the client to determine needs and projected usage of our services during a given time frame, usually one year. With this method, we guarantee that a consultant is dedicated to the sole use of the client for a predefined number of hours either per week, month, quarter or year. Because we can project our salary costs in advance, we can offer our clients a discount of up to fifty percent over our normal fee schedule for this service. Clients who routinely utilize the services of a consultant prefer this method of contract. All Travel by the Consultant's personnel is accomplished in accordance with our corporate travel policies, which closely mirror government travel requirements. Prospective clients are invited to request a copy of our travel policy from our sales department. |
